This course consists of 4-units which the learners will learn about career oppurtunities in IT, Web browsers, multimedia, Web databases, and search engines.

Course Overview
This course consists of 4-units. In the first unit, the learners will learn about e-mail technology and managing personal information, In the next two units, the learners will be taught about concepts of Internet services and tools and Internet security. Finally, in the fourth unit the learners get an overview of project management principles.

The revised objectives reflect advancements in technologies and tools (such as peer-to-peer networks, instant messaging and blogging), and current workplace skills requirements. The CIW Foundations courses prepare students to take the CIW Foundations certification exam.
